BVM Udham Shingh Nagar celebrated Basant Panchami with great fervor today. The chantings of melodious mantras by students in praise of Maa Saraswati, the goddess of art & learning elevated everyone spiritually. The students made beautiful yellow paper flowers which brightened the atmosphere with a sunny sight. Exotic flavoured homemade yellow dainty delicacies were relished by students. Handmade, colourful tiny kites adorned the premises signifying the spirit of freedom. Mrs. Sunita Rani Walia (TGT) highlighted the historical significance of the auspicious day. The Principal, Mrs. Bandana Sethi extended her warm wishes on the pious occasion and urged the students to offer their prayers to Maa Saraswati and seek her blissful blessings for a successful and accomplished life.
